- Shipping time is from the day the order ships, not when the order is placed. The cutoff time is 10:30 am and any order placed after than time will be shipped the following business day. This also does not take in account for backordered items.
- If your prescription is expired, your order may be denied.
- Orders placed during non-business hours, holidays and office closures, will not be approved until the following business day. If the office is closed for an extended period of time, we do our best to monitor orders throughout that time.
